EazyDiner E-Gift Voucher

• This is an Electronic Gift Voucher (EGV), and is not a Physical Gift Card.
• Monthly plan of ₹550/-
• This is a one time use Gift card with an expiry date.
• This voucher is valid only for first-time users
• E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 48-72 hours.
• No returns on E- gift cards

Terms & Conditions:

• If an active plan already exists, new plan cannot be purchased
• The subscription will be activated on the Fleek registered number
• Once the subscription plan is purchased, it cannot be returned/canceled
• EazyDiner offers a reservation service between the user and the restaurants and does not accept any liability arising out of your dining experience regarding quality of service or food, as it is delivered by a restaurant and not by EazyDiner.
• EazyDiner is not liable for any changes in menu or pricing at the restaurant.
• This is an EazyDiner Subscription Gift Voucher/Gift Card (GV/GC) issued by EazyDiner Pvt Ltd
• The GV/GC would be accepted on the Application/website at https://www.eazydiner.com/.
• The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
• This is a one-time use GV/GC with an expiration date.
•  EazyDiner GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
• The GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates as may be intimated/updated by EazyDiner on its Website/App from time to time. EazyDiner may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) at its sole discretion without any liability.
• Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts in Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
• EazyDiner shall on a best-effort basis attempt to accept the GV/GC but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond the control of EazyDiner, the GV/GC may not get accepted on the application/website and EazyDiner shall have no liability for the same.
• EazyDiner reserves the right to edit/change the terms and conditions for the GV/GC at any time without any notice or liability. EazyDiner has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
• EazyDiner reserves the right to withdraw the GV/GC scheme/offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
• EazyDiner reserves the right to deny accepting any GV/GC if it suspects that there is a duplicity of cards.

How To Redeem:

• Visit www.eazydiner.com or open the app and login. Select the desired Membership Plan & click on 'Proceed'.
• On the Payment Summary page click on 'Apply Coupon/Gift Card' option.
• Enter the Gift Card Code in the designated section & Click on 'Apply'.
• Your EazyDiner Prime Membership will be activated.
